Training Times, Details, Prices and General Information We do not take trainees under 12 years of age. Please note - all the relevant forms and paperwork must be completed and filled in before a person is permitted to train with us. If a trainee is under 18 years of age, forms need to be signed by parent/guardian as well as the trainee. We mainly cover Professional Wrestling although we do at times also coach Shoot/Submission Style Wrestling. Facilities include : A matted area. Two wrestling rings Free weights and Bench Press Punch Bags TV and video facilities to record trainee's matches and promotional interviews A Tuck Shop serving hot food and refreshments. We will at times be holding Questions and Answers sessions to give trainees an insight into the Professional Wrestling business. Trainees do not require any specific equipment for training, although tracksuit bottoms, shorts, t-shirts, etc would be suitable. Knee/elbow pads are advisable but not essential. Only wrestling/boxing boots or martial arts shoes are permitted on the mats and in the ring. Trainees who do not have suitable footwear may train wearing just socks. Sunday Training 16 Years and over: The session runs from 12 noon till 6pm at a cost of 15 Euro Under 16 Years: The session run from 12 noon till 2pm at a cost of 8 Euro During these hours you can train as much or as little as you wish at a level suitable to you under fully qualified and instructors/teachers. Wednesday Training This session is for both trainees over the age of 16 Years and under 16 Years During these hours you can train as much or as little as you wish at a level suitable to you under fully qualified and instructors/teachers. The cost of this session is 5 Euro for over 16years and 8 Euro for under 16 years. Private Classes. Private classes are available by appointment. Prices vary depending on how many people wish to attend the session. Generally with a private class we tend to take not more than 5 - 6 people.
